As an industrial manufacturer and essential link in the value chain of both clients and suppliers, we are positioned at a crucial intersection with many stakeholders. As such, we know that we must take action and be a driving force when it comes to implementing the sustainability into our strategies and execution.
Moving forward, we are committed to not only acting, but also showing transparency when it comes to our ESG reporting. In 2025 we have released our Sustainability Report, highlighting the key areas we work with across environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.

At SCANCON Encoders A/S, we value our partnerships and recognize the pivotal role our partners play in our sustainability journey. As we strive to act on sustainability within our industry, we expect our partners to share our commitment to responsible business practices and compliance with international standards.
In alignment with our commitment to ethical sourcing, we expect our partners to ensure that their supply chains are free from conflict minerals. This involves conducting thorough due diligence to trace the origin of minerals used and to certify that they do not finance, or benefit armed groups in conflict-affected regions.

We are Participant of the UN Global Compact
At SCANCON, we believe that taking responsibility is a central part of corporate sustainability.
To anchor our commitment, we have joined UN Global Compact and incorporate their Ten Guiding Principles in our company values and strategies. That means, that when we make decisions regarding partners, profits, suppliers, and projects, we take into consideration these ten principles to best of our ability.
