Encoders for SubSea

Subsea Encoder for Deep Water Operations 6000 meters/600 bar

The SCH68SUB model is an encoder designed specifically for subsea operations. The SCH68SUB is designed and has been tested for offshore applications that require operation at water depths now down to 6000 meters (~ 20,000 feet). Unique among its competitors, the SCH68SUB does not require a pressurized container.

The SCH68SUB is a magnetic incremental or absolute encoder offering an ø 20 mm or ø 1 inch hollow bore, resolution of 4096 ppr, or SSI-interface and an environmental rating of IP68/IP69K. The SCH68SUB is ideal for use in subsea robotics, ROVs, and other seafloor applications that require motion control or position feedback.
